I haven't seen a doubble bud and definitely not one that will bloom in autumn.;) How enchanting.;)xoxo LikeLike Paula, the whole bush is full of buds. I was so surprised and thrilled when I saw it.Zuzana, it's a rhododendron, yes. There are over 28000 cultivars (says Wikipedia) with different blooming seasons so if you pick the right ones, you can have flowers almost all year. LikeLike That's a pretty one! The leaves are just changing colors here but we don't have any flowers at all. All ours come in the spring.max['I gotta wait six months.'] LikeLike Max, our autumn has been short and unspectacular this year, which is why it's such a delight to see the flowers. Get a rhododendron! 🙂 LikeLike Get a rhododendron! 🙂I would but the soil around here is terrible. Lots of red clay that turns rock hard during any kind of dry spell.:(max['Oh, well.'
