Do you know, are your telephone lines mostly buried, in Norway, or do you have telephone poles with overhead lines? Or a mix? I worked for the phone company here, and I'm curious about something.
Zuzana, they are talking about merging all into one number. We'll see if it ever happens. :-)Roy, the spaghetti crossing between buildings that one often sees in other countries is unknown in Norway. In built-up areas, all cables are buried.
Hey, stranger, nice to see you! 111 isn't used because leaning on a button (as it were) could lead to accidentally dialing an emergency service. (Same principle behind 911.)
