Hehe to Tom's comment, actually I also though it was a fried egg for a split second.;))But no no, we have those \”boller\” in Denmark as well, it a sweet pastry with a creamy filling-top (the yellow) and sugar or perhaps coconut? (the white frosting). Or at leats it is a very similar one.;) In any case – Yummy.;))

A fried egg on a pancake and then put in the freezer for an hour or two with the door left open?I have no idea what that is! Looks nice though!Tom

Protege has it. 🙂 The white stuff is coconut. I bought it on impulse; haven't had one in years. It was very good.
